We took a quick family trip to Asheville, NC, and I loved it! It had been about 20 years since I’d been there, and I’m glad we were able to go back. One of the main reasons for visiting Asheville, NC was to visit the art galleries to check out the local work.

The work in Asheville was fantastic! Gorgeous abstract paintings. Amazing pottery and woodwork. And so much more!

I’m super impressed by the art and artists in Asheville. Fantastic contemporary work. Modern. Unique. Beautiful. Amazing color and texture. Some of the best work I’ve seen lately.

And the city is jam packed full of galleries and working studios. Very impressed with their art scene.

The other great part of Asheville is that it’s in the mountains, and it’s gorgeous. I found lots of beautiful inspiration outdoors.

If you’ve not been, plan to go. It’s well worth the trip.
